NXM has $20m cash. The resource is already looking like its big, right grade, open, multiple other replica targets, next to NST's mills, big land holding. The market might be assuming they wont last long enough to build their own mill as this proves up. The other possibility is that they could toll treat with NST but i cant see that myself. Its very possible that NST might take them out when they reach a certain size. The early size of the strike and depth indicate this could easily be over a million ounces and they have the money to prove it. It shows real scale on multiple fronts just by looking at the surrounding 16 targets. Its all in the right rocks. Mid tier or larger miners like NST need scale. This deposit looks like it might have that. They call it a large system/discovery already. The $20m was raised at 46c and you can pick it up for 34c because of the time for assays to roll in. The share register is reasonably open. Its not like they have over 50% in the top 20 so anyone wanting stock could probably get size. I also believe that NST owns stock or certainly has a JV with them. The relationship is already there and the location is next door. Its by no means a certainty but you can see that this has more legs than a lot of other explorers. In short, we see scale at the right address. dyor
