"expected in the coming week" is not a specific deadline or concrete timeline, I wouldn't get too hung up here.
I work in the technical side of the mining industry. I expected a lot of things to happen this week at work that didn't, and gave a lot of estimated timeframes out myself that didn't play out.
Big picture, keep in mind some people read these forums that panic at this sort of speculation...
