    You should probably find out the answers to this before you start casting negative connotations over the spending by NXM.

    First, the Board will have had to sign off on it.

    Second, the Board will know the auditor will ultimately audit it.

    Third, why don't you find out the answer before you start making allegations of misdeeds by management - it may be that the associated party/ies just happen to be the best in the business.
