If you have a concern that seeks clarification, then take it up with someone who can provide you with the clarification you seek. Coming to HC to suggest that AT or the board of Nexus are engaging in any form of expenditure that might be shady suggests it is perhaps you that is not the 'sharpest tool in the shed' here.
