So a summary of the last page or so:

- NXM paid 800k to Mining Gurus
- Mining Gurus appear to be a labour hire company for geos and field techs
- MG is a firm run by Andy's son
- Andy's son was also a field tech for s few years prior to starting MG

I'm comfortable it's disclosed and the auditors are happy its at arms length on standard commercial terms. NXM need contract field staff, would be paying a firm regardless. MG can source them, or are we suggesting any other labour hire firm can do better? That's the only question here.

IMO because of the relationship NXM may get preferrential treatment and that's ok with me.
