    The title says it all. Rick states junior mining companies are the cheapest in his 49 year investing career. He made the same statement 3 months ago while this one is about a week old. He invests in a number of Australian junior miners. For those who don’t know him he is a legend in the mining commodity and has been outrageously successful investing in junior and bigger miners as ex CEO of Sprott.
