    Slightly concerned with this deal. Firstly valuation is low. 32 an ounce is ridiculous low. Other issue i find with this deal is that suggests that rms will try and buy carasue dam or a deal is already sown up. If thats the case then nxm strategic value is lost as they will have ounces with the breaker purchase. Hope im wrong and nst comes out and takes out nxm but seems like a weird acquistion for rms without a production solution.
