Investors may be disappointed with NXM SP action given POG increases.

Producer SPs have increased significantly in last 2 weeks and more so since early November.

In the cycle of gold price changes, it is the explorers (ie NXM) which respond last to gold price increases with producers the first and developers next. If gold prices stay at elevated levels and even increase further (which a lot of commentators expect) then NXM will have its day in the sunshine with large price increases.

The message is be patience.
