NXM Pinnacles gold starts at surface and they will be using contract plant and equipment the whole way. Even if contractor costs and toll treatment make an AISC of $1600 then NXM would still end up with cash flow of $20-30m and even more if the AISC is lower.

NXM also says SAR may provide a gold production based funding line to pay the $5m startup costs. NXM may end up being a $100m+ company in not too much time at all.

Exactly robbo! If they become a producer in the very near future with next to no start up costs, there will be no need for debt or dilution. Furthermore, once generating free cash flow (in excess of current MCAP) all further exploration is paid for. Not to mention any potential acquisitions.

NXM is flying well under the radar right now
