Can I ask one indulgence? Until we get some specific details of who said what at that lunch can we just park our assumptions. Andy may have simply been a lunch guest, who had to listen to some wild ideas tossed around by wanna be's. All the secrets allegedly disclosed might only have been ideas vomited from the broker, who was there. If you think a woman scorned can be an issue, just piss off a broker. Or, in the meantime, so many negatives, so many negatives; perhaps it is time for you to cut your stress and SELL. I certainly am not selling
