Around 6 months ago i queried the wisdom of selling his investment properties and gearing ie borrowing huge amounts to put into one speculative company. Diversification is the only free lunch in investing.
Especially if yr a novice investor which dan has indicated here. I suppose huge losses can be seen for a first time investor as a tuition fee atthe university of trading so not all is lost if he learns from this an improves and becomes a great investor. I hope this occurrs for him. Ps if nxm goes to god then his selling now will be seen as a great trade
