Last time the accusation was that a week prior to results coming out, (results that the market was expecting) material information was leaked, and the party privy to that information chose to pump some volume a week before the results, thus muting any market reaction when the results actually dropped.
Not only was it completely unfounded and even unbacked by any real market indicators, it's just straight up stupid.
