NXM the next multi bagger, page-53

To all my fellow gold mining investors I've made bhags with over the years. I am tagging you in this post to draw your attention to this wee gem that has flown under the radar to the rest of the market and is seriously undervalued IMO.

NXM a western Australian near term gold producer/explorer

IMO opinion the price has been capped over the last 6 weeks to ensure the 2nd tranche of shares as part of the last Cap raise was passed on Thursdays meeting.

With that out of the way the breaks are finally off to let the share price rise

@robbo24 has summarized the current value of NXM following second tranche of the placement below:

SOI: 193,351,672
CASH: $5.78m
MCAP: $13,727,968 @ 7.1 cents
EV: $7.95m

NXM has a 163k gold ounce JORC and is currently drilling to expand the resource in some highly prospective ground near million+ oz resources held by SAR.

On top of that management plan to be mining their open pit at their pinnacles deposit in roughly 6 months time. By utilizing SARs 2.4mt plant which is only 9kms from the deposit this starter pit has low CAPEX to produce cash flows far greater than our MCAP

planning to be able to produce 20k-30k ounces pa an EV of $7.95m looks like an absolute no brainer.... If NXM doesn't become a T/O target for SAR

As always DYOR but I do feel there are many Bhags to be made here and see very little (if any) downside from this price level.
