Here's a quick snapshot for you mate and it's only information that's already on the forums so I'd implore you do some further research once you've read this. I'm also not an expert and am currently still learning so if anyone else would like to add to this then fantastic.

NXM near gold producer: Currently has Pinnacles JV gold project and Wallbrook gold project in the works.

Pinnacles: The mineral resource consists of an open pit resource of 159,000t @ 2.4 g/t Au for 12,000 ounces and underground resource of 450,000t @ 4.6 g/t Au for 66,000 ounces.
Combined 609,000t @ 4.0g/t Au for 78,000 ounces.

Andy recently released a video with the expectation to upgrade the current mineral resource of Pinnacles, something to look forward to.

Wallbrook Gold Project: The combined mineral resource estimate of 2.17Mt @1.22 g/t Au for 85,000 ounces was announced.

NXM currently has roughly $5-6m cash on hand so I couldn't imagine a CR required anytime soon.

It's interesting to compare the MC between CNB and NXM
CNB: 50mil
NXM: 30mil
