    Yes, I agree.
    I think the CR and the double whammy caused by the drop in POG killed momentum and now we need another catalyst for the SP to rerate.
    Hindsight is 20/20 though. We invest in the management as much as the ground, and for better or worse largely live by their calls.
    Lots of upside potentially coming up though, and personally I think we are undervalued. I am just going to sit and wait.
