Now if the tests work there are a few other hurdles to jump, an will be dealt with when the time and place comes....

If NXR and Wavefront amalgamate......you want the shares that are held, to be as tight ie as little as number of shares an have them at a respectable price....50cents, 1 dollar or 2 dollars etc.......... ( that way a capital dilution can be done down the track for share holders if more funds are needed... ie further funds have to be raised....

No options issued to management on either side....( until everything is sorted out) then reward them with a bone when things go well....an not before.. ( THOUGH I do feel sorry for the Chinese management of NXR that have suffered trying to save the company) but then again we have all suffered.

This is if all goes to plan and this will make those that did not have the shares....have to pay for the honour to get the company shares..... on market.... ( Plus keep the name Wavefront ) or call it Wavefront-NXR...

This will only happen if the Tech works and someone rather big will use it down the track...

Remember greed and deceit almost destroyed this company ( an still may )....
