Obviously the ASX does not concern itself with the actual operations of a company.
FYI. The ASX requires that a company only satisfy chapter 1 & 2 of the ASX listing rules.


I am not sure why you concern yourself with what is the potential corporate outcome here as you cannot benefit being a non-shareholder.

I won't comment further on this.
