Interesting point red. Care to eleaborate? BTW we still have the right to aquire 51%. That has not expired. We also have the right to recoup the loan to WBT that was offered in the form of equity / cash / combination of both. If we aquire 51% it goes without saying that we can organise the other 49%. The whole point of not committing to 51% was due to proving the tech prior to forking out the dough. I must say though that was a long time ago.....here's hoping that testing proves positive but I must admit I'm getting hypoxic from holding my breath!
