Just remember that the ASX has effectively classified this company as having no business so they will have to take a 100% percent stake in WBT to relist. Two things to consider:

1. NXR previously waived their right to take a 100% stake and;
2. Where is the money going to come from to take on another project somewhere else that will satisfy ASX requirements for NXR to be an actual operating entity?

As promising as the WBT stuff might sound, the chances of NXR relisting are slim.
