Options can be exchanged for shares at a cost of 5c per share. On the 31st of Dec they will expire meaning if you are holding at that time you lose your money. For this reason they are valued very low at the moment because it is unlikely (varies on who you talk too) that the share price will reach 5c before that time. If NXR reaches 5c then the options are likely to follow the share price movement up. BUT because we are starting from a much lower price the % swings are much higher. eg. NXR is valued at 5c and the options valued at 0.5c. NXR the moves up too 7c, options would likely move to around 2c. So for a 40% increase in NXR, NXROA could be up 300% in this hypothetical. So you can see how you can achieve very large %returns this way OR lose all your money
