I reckon the SEDCO threat will lead to nothing. SEDCO terminated the contract with very little firm basis for doing so. I think they terminated because they new they could lease the ship out elsewhere and weren't prepared to take the risk on Nexus. They will need to prove that Nexus weren't in a position to honour the contract which will not be easy given that Nexus is still going.
