NBT forms a private company NBT P/L and we shareholders put in .5c per current share we own.
NBT P/L bids on NXS assets for a song, say .025c per share.
SGH get 1c in the dollar as a secured creditor. SGH looses.
NBT end up with assets, cash in bank, and no debt.
NBT sits on assets awaiting a buyer for how long it takes.
(figures are just made up, but you get the idea?)
