nxs investor relations dictionary

Just reflecting on all I have read and heard from NXS, and the avoidance of factual information. Excellent examples of delivering hope without the measure of time.

Examples:

Several (refering to time periods)
A few (refering to time periods and investor suitors)
Confident (of a deal / announcement)
Potential (bigger than you might expect)
Its all about CRUX (still being used after 5 years)
Unacceptable deal (working for you Mr Investor)
Negotiations
Discussions
All in the same boat
Employees have shares aswell
I can assure you (personal assurance)
All working at 150% (no one else is this hard working)
Very capable
Investigating (the unknown)
Testing (not sure of what we are looking for, but)

Maximise Shareholder value
Calendar Year / Financial Year interchange and recently the addition of Chinese New Year
I am not aware or have no knowledge (possibly not working in the same building I think).
I am not involved (am too far down the food chain to know)
At the time of announcement that information was correct (thats gold)
Multiple parties (more than none)
Expressions of interest (raised eyebrow)
The Chinese (very popular with most companies at the moment)
Investigating an integrated project (Partnership)
Shell (but Shell never mentions NXS)
I cant say we will but I also cant say we wont deliver! (as much information as you would get from a fart)
