Big crossing just went thru. M&G are done. this stock goes up. they sell close to 200m shares past few weeks

simple math
shell pay 2% of crux for $75m cash
NXS crux value = $640m on shell price
NXS mkt cap = $140m + $200m cnote
NXS has other assets (longtom)
NXS is hugely undervalued at current price suspect others interested in crux asset
nxs - seller if finished!!!
