No-one in their right mind "sells" 200 million shares at the bottom of the market, unless they are selling them to/for a related party. My pick is the buyer is reducing a giant sp controlling short position before "the deal" is actioned - a deal that has been announced but not consummated. How the various parties fit into this we may never know. You would have to assume that someone with this sort of % knows far more than the rest of us & will continue to be on the right side of sp movement.
