they could be a seller for a number of reason
- had enough waiting for deal completion- want to utilize the money else - redemptions
to infer that they know something that we dont is garbage...what about credit suisse that have increased their substantial do they know something that we dont?
its a market and people sell and buy and the fact that m&g has sold this 208m shares (20%) of the company in a short amount of time is always going to overshoot to the downside but like a rubber band we will get a snap back.
Always faster on the way down though
the stock on any valuation metric is a screaming buy!
