yep probably worked out ok for all who wanted in via the rights and those who gave themselves the option of buying sub 40c on market.
Still as a broker mate half jokingly asked, was that the best structure for the rights RC could come up with, all they did was guarantee that the SP would be driven down to sub 40c.
You gotta wonder why they bothered with the half assed "news"
if that was their attempt to get ordinary retail holders to take them up... still if it means Southern Cross et al now have enough to block a TO then I guess its ok ;)
