bear in mind that the insto's took up 77% of their rights @ 40c and the balance were done in the bookbuild for 44 IIRC.
So all they're doing is trying to creep back some of that via the retail BB.
Of course when the SP is $1.00 on Sept 15th no-one will care about the 2c.
