Not sure how the retail book build works, but there must be a lot of shareholders who didn't take up their out-of-the-money rights. And, with the book build for lapsed entitlements happening on Monday, the institutions must be comfortable that they're going to pick up some cheaper shares, with today's closing price almost 10% less than they paid first time round.
