Shortfall on the SPP
The underwriters have guaranteed NXS $0.40 - any shares not taken up by shareholders are offered to insto's - if they only want to pay $0.34 then the underwriters lose $0.06 per share or as would be the case will hold the shares themselves and then sell when they can recoup $0.40 - so in the absence of positive news there is a cap on the sp
