Page 44 is the one you want to look at, where under the headings 2013 Notes and 2017 Notes it talks about the effective interest rate.
Note 25 is more about cash interest payments rather than the effective interest rate over the life of the notes.
The effective interest rate is the rate that exactly discounts all of the future cash flows and picks up all of the hooks...i.e. inflated principal payments etc
