Hi haasko,
I recall from a conversation with Ian Tchacos that he thought the Patricia/Baleen decision was a borderline one and in his opinion wouldn't have been made today. I got the impression that his opinion of a commercial field in this area was in the 100-120 bcf range.
That is my recollection anyway - it was 12 mths or so ago.
