Due to the delays in completing longtom NXS are going back to the negotiating table with AED. see ASX release.
If AED pull out, then NXS will get 100% of longtom but will owe AED 38m deposit laid down at the start.
Will they compromise to keep AED in the game or cut them loose and try to negotiate some kind of re imbursement of the deposit.
