Looks like distribution after a good run. Huge whipsaws in the upper range is far from a trending stock.
Mean reversion traders are probably helping maintain the range, doesn't look like accumulation.
Breaking the 30week ema is more often than not a warning signal. Review this against other stocks that topped and pulled back significantly.
Not making a prediction, but I sure wouldn't be buying the dips, but instead managing the risk side aggressively.
