Perhaps the reaction is somewhat muted as this AI infrastructure announcement has more to do with investment in the US and really doesn't affect NXT other than perhaps improve sentiment towards the sector.
Undoubtedly the whole sector will benefit from developing AI and if the US companies involved in this investment put the funds up and Trump has got rid of the Biden safeguards on AI ( not necessarily the most prudent move, but we will see), then AI development may well be fastracked and this will benefit data centre development and indirectly NXT . So we should see positive sentiment but perhaps maybe not over excitement imo.
