There is a limit of 15% of existing shares that can be raised in a 12 month period https://www.asx.com.au/documents/rules/Chapter07.pdf. There were some posts on this forum around the time of the capital raising regarding NXT coming close to the limit with the recent cap raise.

Additionally it is common for most organisations to have a mixture of funding instruments such as capital raising, bonds, hybrids, etc....

The key point is there is massive opportunities in front of NXT and the speed at which it can scale will largely be determined by its ability to fund the built out.
