I'd expect the Half Yearly Results ~Last week (possibly 2nd last week) of February. That's the next guaranteed pinnacle date for NXT where we will see how they performed in the last 6 months and if they are on track.
I'd expect the Share Price to start running up/firming in February in anticipation. I'm pretty optimistic of good results. I expect Melbourne & Sydney to perform strongly, and am hopeful that we will see progress on the Government contracts in C1. That would be a real positive.
I am expecting strong revenues, we do have to be mindful of the effect that building B2/M2/S2 will have on NPAT in the medium term though.
Realistically all the major Cloud providers have to spread business around, so there is not company/facility risk.
