I like your enthusiasm but think it’s a bit premature. It will get there, that I have no doubt but still a ways off. I’ve been calling NXT $10 by 2020 for around 7 years, and was probably a year or 2 early before Covid happened. This will speed up the process obviously, and the fact that 4th gen dc’s are being mentioned in news articles has me excited. The main hurdle for any company in this space is access to capital. We had the same issue a few years back with the TGP saga. That’s long gone now and this latest announcement is extremely meaningful in more ways than one imo. The next major announcement I’m looking forward to is the 60MWs options. If these are taken up it will give the sp a massive kick on its way towards $20. Still a long term hold for me. Gltah
