I am not at all happy with the NXXT code.This was a post I did last week
I contacted ASX and the NXXT code is all to do with this crossover with Chi-X and ASX.I am not a lawyer and don't pretend to be.It comes under the "ASIC market integrity rules 2011".If this Chi-X is improving things it is certainly not helping us and I bet it gives the "little bloke an unfair disadvantage" My next stop will be ASIC to see what they say about it all? Who is gaining an advantage?
I have contacted ASIC and am awaiting their reply they are assessing my complaint...
I suggest if you are not happy you can contact ASIC or ASX.. keep the heat on them...
