    NKP can surely do better than $45 million for the measly 10% stake in Tubase...After all I thought they had the option to pay this amount, so they are free to offer much less...I'm sure they can offer a much lower sum to take the non-core asset off International Petroleum's hands...

    I think NKP can give them less than half this amount...
