Agree with most of your views, Just the maths, with 340,000 acres of shale (from last presentation) even 1000 per acre would give about 300 Mill after repayment of debt and 6x current share price. we are less than 50 Mill market cap.
I think you were calculating 3x current enterprise value. But to me I like to know how many times the share price will multiple.
