The article you posted as "ny fracking update" is three weeks old. Nobody knows when a decision will be made. Could be beginning of January after the public comment period ends, end of December. I guess Cuomo wants to wait for the federal draft of the regulation, which is due any day now. No reason to sell, the NT leases should be issued shortly too.
