Pretty simple explanation in my book, Brickwalls.
They know what ADO is capable of and they intend to hold it on a leash as long as possible and by any means possible. As you've said, it's tightly held. Frustrating for some buyers I'm sure. You can't just buy a few million on market without causing a stampede.
This is going to go and when does, it'll be bedlam.
