Regulation if anything will inspire confidence for the regular consumer and provide opportunity in growth for professional products.
Their will still be ways to work out of the system if someone chooses to, like you can evade tax today or use the internet in corrupt manner.
Remember the internet was once the wild west and there was little to no cyber laws. Regulation did not kill the internet it legitimized it as a new way to conduct e-commerce.
