    I have reread your post - and I think you have the wrong idea - pretty certain I am right here.


    the ADR's are NOT worth such and such many shares.

    the IPO is a NEW listing ------------------ treat the two as different.

    The ASX listing is one company.

    The US listing is another company.

    The earnings will be evenly spread over EVERY share in the companies.

    No ratio's - no number of shares for each ADR -- none of that stuff.

    The US listing will be the primary listing ------------ we shall be the secondary - and we shall duly follow along like a little puppy.

    Do I make sense there?
