so we have a long way to move up -- and that's if the listing sits pat at IPO price.

that is the whole idea of a -------------------------- floor trading MANAGER.

I ask others - if they don't get the idea yet - to please reread my post on this - it is VITAL for us to get a handle on this ------------- the situation is 'planned' to be 'managed' - engineered if you like.

The only way it can go awry - is if we lose 'control'.

As the SP begins to move out of the projected, expected planned route -- the green and blue army trades as conducted by the conductor -------------- and Eddie assists there as well.

There are two things that could go wrong -------------- first --------- wrong settings - eg. wrong price, wrong number of stock released - etc. etc.

Two -------------- and, this is a big one ----------------- the interest and demand for this ATM is exceptional - many have NEVER seen anything like it before --------------- so, the question is -

Can the conductor handle this? Is the 'pool' of investors - strong enough (the blue and green armies) - can Eddie drop big enough bombs where and when necessary and, can he conduct enough raids on other stocks and take enough prisoners?

That's pretty much it in a nutshell.

Now, for me --------- not 100% decided yet - but, I think we will be migrating at least some of our portfolio to the US.

That isn't dangerous. However, making unplanned moves in the opening 2 weeks could well be dangerous - and I am certainly capable of stuffing things up.

That said - if this thing goes ballistic - if we do 'lose control' and get one hell of a spike -------- I want to be able to take a Tranche off the table - at my current target price ----------- even if the SP spikes way above that --------- my decision is to remove some chips at a price - and, I should and will stick to that.

That said - I am not, at this stage, locking 'anything into concrete' until we get a lot more information closer to listing day.

So a US listing will issue the same number of shares as there are in Australia? That's the only way the above would occur where the Aussie price would be the same as US$ adjusted for currency rate.
