The whole deal stinks...i have held this stock for 7 years...seen it hit $5 and bought on the belief that it has the potential to be a $20 Stock..unless another buyer comes in we are scrooded big time. I think the announcement today would of lifted share price to $1.50 without the offer as this announcement is what we have been waiting for. 12 months ago brokers valued the share at $2.20 per share..tell Cephalon to stick it i think
