    There are no certainties that the offer will succeed . Cephalon offered to T/O SRX years ago for $5 but failed in the bid by 1% only . At the time of the offer SRX was making no income . Now SRX is growing at a rapid rate and earning a packet with no debt - but the sp of SRX is $2.22, less than half the T/O offer .....That is one Bio that is going to rumble one day .
