So at $1.45 a share less cash in bank equates to 75 cents a share which means there buying at 70 cents a share or 158 mill.AAH generate 40 mill inrevenues and have the sky as potential incomes add on Royalties from Remicade and Humira. Global products.
Its a joke and the directors should be tossed out for even considering the offer.
