nylex down by two thirds

Nylex is now down by two-thirds of their value since the collapse of their buyout late last year.

Have their business collapsed since then ? It seems to me, if private equity ( who are usually not complete fools ) were prepared to pay that much six months ago, it should be reasonable value at a third of the price now.

Nylex appears to have had the largest volume for several months today.
